A/C pulley
2 of the tabs for the clutch that engages the a/c compressor broke off, now it grinds against the pulley and its really annoying. im thinkin just hold it out n jb weld it, or should i just get a pulley from a junk yard?
I would get a belt and route around the A/C using the non-A/C routing.
If your problem is with the A/C compressor clutch then you would be better off to replace the entire unit(compressor/clutch)as a whole rather than just the clutch.

well the A/C works fine its just when its off n the pulley is free wheelin, it grinds, sounds crappy and its drivin me nuts, i still would like to have the a/c for the summer.
guess i'll just call the junkyard n see if they got a pulley, or maybe i'll check all these damn fords i got layin around....

just get a new one from the parts store. maybe 35-40 bucks and there ya go. it'll be pressed on there so rent you a puller, it'll make it much easier than banging it off. switch em out and put her back together. then enjoy the sound of no grinding again!
