Well im sure he(Dan) said breakin was more than 70mi, all clutch's need alot of heat cycles to seat properly to get full life out of it, most say 500 miles to set in properly, im sure Dan will take care of you but you did get an organic clutch and if you are abusing it dumping it with some fuel turned in the truck which by the looks of your sig you dont have enough clutch anyway. If you talked to Dan im surpised he suggested that one for you. He will fix it for sure.

the clutch is rated for 400 horse 850 ft-lbs i know my truck doesnt make that is has lots of expensive parts but the injectors are stock turbo stock pump mostly stock all i have done is some monkeyin with the afc (i need to do more its way to smokey on the bottom) pulled the plate out and put a governor spring in so the clutch that is in it can take the little bit of power im making next he did not recomend the organic he recomended a DD but at the moment im in college and dont have the money for clutch input shaft and hydrualics but we agreed that it would last me until i saved the funds for my DD i called today and talked to kevin and explained what was happening i believe the reason my ceramic welded was becuase of the hydraulics my ive had a real high pedal with every clutch i had in this truck and always thought it was weird but becuase the pedal only has about an inch of travel before it releases im thinking that under load the throwout it releasing the diaphram just a little and that is whats causing m troubles so he said to put some washers in between the slave cylinder and bellhousing to ty and drop the pedal some and by the way break in for an organic is 50-100 miles i read the paper that came with my clutch and thats what it said i have no problems with dan or kevin they have helped me with my clutch trouble more than i ever would have expected thank you
