water in fuel light
my water in fuel light is on and i cant get it to go off. put fuel stabalizer in and everything ran it almost all the way out a couple of times and put more good fuel and stabalizer in it and it wont go off
yes it does.
Drain fuel out of the filter housing remove the bottom, take filter out and wipe out with a lint free cloth, including the wif sensor. Put back together and take off wire connector, spray with wd-40 and reisntall.

even tho in reality the sensor should be "water on wires" sensor... the insulation has pulled away from the body exposing 1/8 inch of wire... it gets wet enough... the WIF light comes on....
