Thanks for all your help I think I'm Going to go with the #5 and get the timing bumped to 15-16, Also read a post about possible leaks in the charged air system. I have a turbomaster wastgate uprgrade and used to be able to pull 50 psi of boost now it won't go that high, still gets to the 28-30 psi but not any higher.

 

i'm gettin about 38psi.when you change your plate you will get more boost.
