Default bypass oil filtration drain?

i built my own oil bypass filtration system by adding an additional 2 wix oil filters for a tola of 3, i was trying to find a good location to drain the oil into but only came up with a couple. my first option is draining it into one of the valve covers or into the oil fill tube. is there anything wrong with it draining into the valve cover of the #1 valve cover? i would rather do it this way because it will look cooler seeing all that steel braid

I think that the oil filler tube would be the best place. I hear a lot of people that put it there. I think trying to put it into the valve cover wouldn't be a great idea. It might be possible to put more oil in there than will flow back to the pan. Just my opinion though.

That's what I used on my 02 for my bypass setup. Though since mine is a 24v it returns the oil to the vavlve cover.

true but if you were paying attention I was also answering your question about returning the oil to your #1 valve cover.
