That good info, I'll bet the stock is a lot cheaper. If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge, how do you know when the lift pump is going out?

Sorry for all the dumb questions

you dont really need a fuel press gauge on a ppump they start making a ticking noise and you can hear it when you come up through the rpms

I've got the airdog 150 on mine, works great . Install wasn't too bad.. but I'd say you dont need anything like that unless you plan on bombing the truck. Welcome to db

ok i got a 97 with a 215 pump with afc turned all the way. i put the clamp on the wastegate hose, took the silencer ring out and running an open turbo. the exhaust is cut off after the cat or filter or whatever you call it and its hollowed out. i need about 350 to 375 horses and good milage. which plate do i need to go with?? will the #100 plate do it or should i go with another one and slide it all the way forward? and which will least likely give me egt problems. i would just slide the stock one but i dont have any gauges and cant really afford them right now and dont want to have to worry about the egt's? so what do i need to do??
