Use an impact gun. Is the shaft left or right hand threads?

You will probably have to take the exhaust housing off and clamp the nut that is on the end of the turbine shaft in a vice.

I'm also thinking they are left hand threads. However there should be enough threads poking through the nut that you can trace them to determine what they are.

left handed, all i did was stick a screwdriver in from the front before removing the housing, and bump it with the impact.
