Default budget turbo upgrade?

hey guys im working on a tight budget here and im gonna get some goodies from my wife for my b-day i was looking at this Stage 3 Power Compressor Upgrade w/60mm Wheel 95-02 Dodge Cummins what do you guys think and what kind of power gain would i see

Its good for airflow but not much power

ok but wouldnt more airflow and more fuel mean more power

Its a good first turbo upgrade and its cheap, and yes you are true with more airflow you can add more fuel resulting in more power.
