Default put the new rack plug in tonite

ground the timing case and got the new rack plug in tonite, took 2 hours to finally get the threads to catch and start, theres nooooooo room in there . took it out and really didnt notice anything other than about 3 more psi of boost. theres no plate and the afcs gutted. im sure its worth putting it in in the long run but i was kinda expecting more

what is your fuel press to the pump? what injectors and dv's are you running? on a side note I think it is way easyer to just slide the pump back to install the rack plug

no that's not true,if you have a 180hp motor, that hp is based on what 20psi of boost.if you add 20 more psi i don't think it's unreasonable to think that you could have another 200hp.that is if you have the intercooler and all to back it up,hot air doesn't do any good.but if you had 20 more good cool poundc=s i think it's reasonable.

thats still not true boost does not always = power. boost is bulit by restriction meaning lack of flow, the best way to make power is keep the turbo in the map and have lots of flow into each cylender. thats why when you add things like a cam or ported head your boost goes down and your power should go up
