Default trany problem

Hey, I have a 98 ram 4x4 auto stock with 148,000 miles. The trany has stated to shift in and out of OD at 40/45 mph. If I turn of the OD it wants to shift betweddn 2nd & 3rd at 30 /35 mph. I had the trany and transfer flushed just hoping but no luck. Any ideas? Has never had bands adjusted.

you might want to adjust the bands it might help. and change you tranny fluid and filter again it will clog after a flush.
