i used a bolt out of the intake horn it uses a 10mm wrench you pull the oil fill tube and screw the bolt unto the gear after you take the pump gear nut off. i built by own puller out of 2 bolts and some agle iron

Buy a timing set and do it right. The timing set should come with the dv socket and a gear puller. There is no need to be replacing a HG cause you ran 35* of timing.

haha yeah... just curious do u think it would even run at 35 degrees?

i highly doubt it becasue mine wouldnt start when it was advance to over 40*
