if you dont have gauges you souldnt be messing with it. you can get it too hot and melt a piston fast if you dont have any.

YOU NEED A BOOST AND PYROMETER BEFORE YOU MESS WITH IT,WHEN THEY GET OVER 35PSI THEY START SUPER HEATING AND THEY ARE CAPABLE OF MORE BOOST THAN THAT.YOU DON'T KNOW IF IT'S LEAKING BAD ENOUGH IT COULD NOT BE BOOSTING HARDLY (WHY YOU CAN'T TELL ANY DIFFERENCE) AT ALL.CHECK ALL THE BOOTS GOING TO AND FROM YOUR INTERCOOLER.

the only way i know is get a boost gauge.i guess you could drill and tap a hole in your intake and run a line in the truck and hold your finger over the end of it!!just kiddin, would prob.work, but your best gettin a guage.

instead of tapping the intake horn you can use the factory location which is under the intake manifold.... but yes install same gauges and dont do over 38.... they start to become inefficiant.....
