Default HT3B turbo

Someone I know is selling a HT3B turbo. For the stuff I have done to my truck. Would this turbo be to much. Would it take a while to spool up. Iam changing my fuel plate to a 0. Is anyone running this turbo if so do you like it.

as single it would take way to long but in a twin setup with a hx35/40 it would be great. single it would be way to lagy
