From what I understand that's all you want to put through your stock turbo. but if you want more your sig don't say your wastgate is blocked off. It comes off of the back of the afc housing with a rubber hose and then goes to a steel line to the turbo. you can get a small hose clamp and pinch the rubber hose off and it will completely disable your wasegate. But they make a proportioning valve you can buy for it to.. I have the wastegate disabled and a 100 plate and regularly see 40# boost. But everyone says it's not good on the turbo

37 psi is where it passes the volumetric efficiency of the HX35

More Boost = More Power & More Heat.

Each turbo has an efficiency range specific to that model turbo, and going beyond it's range will result in turbocharger failure due to overspinning, and piston-melting exhaust gas temperatures since you're now pumping hotter air in, and clogging up the exhaust manifold with too much pressure that the turbine side of the turbocharger can't expell.

36psi is a stout amount of boost for a stock HX35 Turbocharger, and right at the limit of it's power band. With the mods in your signature, the HX35 is still a useable turbo. If you want more power, it's time to upgrade the turbo, injectors, delivery valves, fuel system, and valve springs.

my dad was able to see 40lbs with his stock hx35, 10 plate, 3000rpm governor springs and his wastegate is still functioning, on his 95 5spd.

ya yu could do so much better tuning the afc than gutting it, i was hitting 45+ with a stock WH1C (pre-hx35) now with this hx35/40 hybrid non gated 16cm housing i see 55+ at times
