I'm not sure of this....but could slipped timing cause this?I'm, just putting out some ideas for the other members. The plungers you could check yourself by taking the DV out and see if there is no dirt or corrsion..or sticking of the DV...Sure looks like to put alot of money into the truck..Maybe take the injectors out...to check if they are coked up on the ends..The second ower could of ran some bad bio diesel or dirty WVO...

By some chance does the truck shut itself down at highway speeds but runs ok in town?I had a shutdown problem on the highway and did everything. It landed up to be the IP.But we will not go with a IP just yet...

When you punch it....Does it smoke alot????When I got my truck it was gutless...Found that the fuel shutoff switch was not pulling the linkage far enough enough for full power.Have you checked your fuel pressure yet???Maybe your overflow valve is bad.I think this is the first step.Check your shutoff switch and make sure its pulled all the way.Next check fuel pressure.....This will give us a good start to find your problem...

no it dont smoke alot when i punch it,well it hardly smokes at all really unless im in park and rev it up to about 2700 rpms then it blows gray smoke,it has a pull out for the shut off and i checked that its not the problem, and the fuel pressure to LP is good, and the pressure out of the LP is good, the overflow valve where is that at on the top of the fuel filter housing or on the injector pump, but ill tell ya i replaced the LP about a yr ago and that fixed alot it would shut off on me while i was driving down the road and i had to floor it to get it to start and it would miss and carry on till she started getting fuel.

The OFV is located on the IP....When you tested your fuel pressure, what pressure did you have at idle and about 2000RPM?.....It sounds like your not getting the fuel. There is another thing to check, is what is called the fuel heater element. There is a fuel screen in there that is famous to dirt build up...
