Default Good deal?

I am new on hear and am at the veterans mercy. Could possibly have some advice from some experienced diesel enthusiasts during my quest on a purchase?

I have been looking for a while for a 12valve, ext. cab, 4x4, AT. My budget is thin (under 7.5k) But my intensions on mods. are great. I just need advice on finding the right template.

All that being said, check it out and let know your thoughts, THANKS!

Fair condition?!? Has a different box, drivers seat is wore. Offer him $4500, and see what he says.

What about the miles? High for a 24 valve? I can't deside if I should hold out for a 12 valve?

If taken damn good care of, the engine will last a good half mill.

I have talked with the seller and agreed to 5k. at 233k miles and quite alot of maint. records as well as what is noted on this link below I'm having a hard time turning this one down! Opinions?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=160305166732

I have a paint shop ready when I get it (polyurethane/gloss) and I want to get her up on 6" lift and atleast 35's.

Can anyone recommend a lift and what needs to be done also to the truck since it will be lifted to prevent trany/engine damage. I want to be safe after she's sitting tall. Also recommend stacks and how to get her blowin' smoke while not damaging anything?
I can take the truck to Schieds in Lafayette, IN and get some info. But I definitely want some advice first.

Thanks!
