Default Front Driveshaft

Can you just replace the u-joints on the from 4wd shaft or does it have to be replaced? anyone? My front u -joint createrd and did damage to the pinion seal. want to get it done asap. Thanks

Yes, you can always replace U-Joints... How did you think they got them in there in the first place?

About $25 for the front joint, a bit more for each of the Double Cardan joints.

yeah you can get them from any parts store, make sure you put the little c rings that keep the caps and bearing from flying off, ask me how i know

ive done that few to many beers and totaly spaced it drove doen the road and clunk, clunk, clunk:

yeah i just didnt realize it it lasted for about a week to like that too, then got back from work one day and happened to look at it and it was hanging down again

no not at all but it sure makes it nice for installing rther than having to use a vise and BFH
