hmmm, cracking of the fuel piston is usually caused by excessive build up of pressure on both sides of the pistion in pulling trucks, happens alot when they get off the pedal suddenly after going ***** to wall and the injectors slam from being fully opened to mostly closed, it can also be caused by fuel starvation, and since you just installed the bigger injectors, id say this is more likely, maybe you need an aftermarket lift pump just to help keep supply to the pump up. the stock mechanical usually is pretty reliable until you start moving massive amounts of fuel.

could be but i had 370 marines in before witch were about 140 hp over stock, and these new stage 2 ones are about 90 over stock, and i ran about 200k with the 370s, they just hazed a bit, but still freak break down, but still a good excuse to get one of my extra pump overhauled and fully racked out, for max performance.
