Has any one tryed this good, bad, idea truck has 400 and gv in it now with 454 would like to install 97 6tb?:humm

 

Not sure how long the turbo 400 would last behind the torque of the Cummins. It really depends on how much your truck is turned up. If you are stock or near stock, the Turbo 400 should work fine.

But, I have never tried it myself.

 

Thanks i would like to keep a automatic in truck beens set up with it, any other trans i should look in to and i would like to end up with 8- 900 ft lbs 400 is bolted up to 205 right now?
