Great well the afc live is on its way and I'm looking forward to see what it can do for me with the stock turbo till I can get a better one. I believe you have steered me away from twins atleast for now, hehe. As far as fueling I have a 180 pump that was rebuilt with marine 13mm barrels and plungers, there custom fuel plate, mack plug, 4000 gsk, and 5x12 injectors. But I'm also trying to stay simple so I'm wanting to make as much reliable power as possible while still running the stock lift pump so I figure my 450 to 500hp range should be easly in reach with enough air and thanks for all the info

do you have a fuel pressure gauge and a tork tek over flow valve? you should beable to make that on a stock pump. not sure how long it will last and depending how fast you actually spin it. pdd also makes a hotrod stock style lift pump if you decide to stay that way long term. should have plenty of fuel, i wouldnt touch any of the fuel setup. will be plenty for 450-500. i think the 62 will make that much power but more on the higher timing and power setting, and like i said wont likely beable to tow set at 450-500. but you never know. the other route is the 64/68, which should perform similarly but ive always heard about similar size wheels not always being friendly to eachother. that is what i have though and once i get my truck up and running ill let you know how it performs. if you havent gotten a turbo by then

I do have a gauge and the tek valve and the pump rebuildr said they set the pump at 13 deg pin timing and the barrels and plungers that were installed advance 6 deg under acceleration so 19 deg total. Under normal driving in town I'm usually shifting around 2000, even getting on the highway I rarly spin past 3000. And I don't think iv spun past 3500 yet. Driving down the highway with my gears im usually at either 1700 or 2200 The power just seems to drop after 3100 but iv read the stock turbo kinda chokes out around that range. I know all cummins run different but I'd like to hear how that 64 does. I should be fine not having all that power when towing cus right now I'm just towing my pull behind camper that when loaded down I shouldn't be more then 9000lbs. In a few years I'm wanting a 5vr tow hauler and that might weight closer to 14000lbs. That's when I might need the power but in till then I'd just use the power for playing with other trucks on the highway altho I'd love to be able to put down some rice burners
