Bubbles in p7100 return line

Bubbles in p7100 return line
Guys I'm new here and searched for my issue, but no luck.
I have a 1996 12 valve p7100 (180 pump)
Starts right up runs good, by I noticed that my return line is full of bubbles, I used a clear hose to see this, its almost a foamy look. I did check the fuel going into the injection pump from the lift pump and it is solid fuel...no bubbles. So, like I said the engine runs fine, so maybe return line bubbles are common?
