Default eaton fuller 5 speed

Has anyone used a 5 speed Eaton transmission fs4205 in their dodge? I want to swap to a 5 speed from my junk auto and the nv4500 is pretty expensive for a 440000 mile truck. I can get the eaton and all related parts out of a 4bt bread van for under a grand. Just not sure if it'll hold up. If anyone has done this conversion I need some advice.

well, it' a synchronized non overdrive 5 speed. so I don't really know how much you'd want it.

that's if I remember fuller's nomenclature.

Yeah, after looking at gear ratios I think top speed would be around 60 @ 2500 rpm

Does anyone on here run an eaton 5 speed w/overdrive or a 6 speed. How hard is the swap? Speedometer hookup? Clutch linkage? Not a lot of info on this.
