What Bear said is true, the old owner of this website once made a statement that installing a super B turbo was the best mod for power he ever did. Of course it takes more fuel to turn/spool a larger turbo so some injector upgrade would be nice.
As to your other question the injector bodies are all the same its the nozzles that make the difference.
I would go with the chart that JKidd put up and stay in the realm of a good combo match with the right injector to turbo match.
A set of 100hp sticks and a super B or 64mm turbo would work good.
But beware the torque will be more that 600 and may break the trans or prematurely wear out the trans/converter or break it.
