I got sold a non working bus being told it was missing a $250 gear selector and a $60 lift pump. The bus is a metrtrans. Out of biz.

Well I have never seen a diesel motor in day light so I have no idea of what to even ask other then whats missing from this picture?

your missing a fuel shutoff solenoid for starters

 

With some ingenuity and a $7 choke cable from NAPA you can solve that problem and see what else doesn't work.

 

I think they did that.... couldn't figure out what all these hand tied cables were. I just found out that my transmission control module is mia. 1300 used. Ugh.
