Default 94 cummins air in ip when hot

Ok I have a 94 cummins 160hp auto 4x4 #2 fuel plate with 177k miles. Now the truck will run with no problems when cold but as soon as it warms up the ip starts banging and pinging till the rpms drop and it dies.. i try and restart and half to crack all the ij lines just to get it started.. i noticed there's a ton of air in the lines. I have replaced every line from the motor to the tank . Lift pump, fuel filter, copper washers an deleted the fuel heater. I have no leaks. I also ran clear hose. And saw no air going in but when warm bubbles every where.. my brother gave me the truck bc of this problem and now it's mine. I did a cummins swap on my f350 2 years ago and have some knowledge with cummins but cant figure this out. I have a feeling its the injection pump if some one can help

Larryb - LarryB's Dodge Cummins 12 Valve Feed Line & Fuel Heater Eliminator Kit

if you haven't deleted the heater .. start there ....

if you have completed the heater delete and its still an issue ..

Is your truck P-pump ?

I owned a 94 Cummins from 2001-2007...4X4 auto single cab...best truck I ever owned. ..got rid of it at end of 07 when diesel hit almost 8.00$ a gallon in Montana. ..anyway I had Same problem shortly after buying it and what sounds like is happening is your injection pump...or u have a crack in your lines somewhere including possibly in your tank cuz somewhere your sucking air. In....I changed my injection pump and redid my. Injectors and never had a problem with it afterwards. ..in 2001 it had 71k on it and end of 07 had almost 800k. ..only thing that ever went out in all that time and miles was a belt retentionor..hope this helps you and good luck
