"sorry i did not mean seals on pump i meant fuel lines the plungers are not even moveing 1/4 in before it dethottels it self on same stroke of thottel

Remove the plate and afc housing make sure the shutdown arm if fully up and see how much they move. if they move a good amount it does not sound like a pump issue to me.

just about no movement at all . thay wiggel a litle. i realize there is not much movement
on plungers. but should be some.the throttel its like a cam lobe coming up but falling off to soon
if that makes sence to you.
