you should install govoner springs before you fool with injectors or delivery valves.

What year 12 valve? If it's a stock turbo, turning up your stock fuel is about as much as you can do without having to worry. A 215 horse pump with afc tuning and a plate cut will delivery more fuel then an hx35 can handle. X2 on gov springs, 4gsk is where it's at. Just need valve springs too.

First you need to let us know what you have and what is done to it, without that info you are just reaching for straws. Also their is a search function on here and you could find more reading than you could be believe on the subject.

The truck is basicly stock with a few minor things like a four inch exhaust and the stock fuel plate slide forward but the auto tranny is being built up by a local diesel shop right now... but on the other hand I was planing on buying a aftermaket fuel plate and possible a new turbo maby a he351 or do something like an hx35/40 hybrid

a stock turbo can survive with a stock fuel plate and 5x12's for forever. you should still do gov springs. and you dont have near enough fuel to get anywhere near 4k so you wouldnt need valve springs right off the bad.
