Took my p7100 pump off my 1994 automatic to BD diesel for a rebuild. It will be rated at 300 hp. Question I have is: I didn't find TDC when I took it off, will this be a problem when I go and mount it back on?

nope ... you can pin the engine and that will be TDC .. then time pump from there with the proper tools ..

Will it be hard to set a pump to 15.5 once I get back? I have the Snap-On timing kit.

not at all ... you could have BD pin time the pump to 15.5 while they have it
