Took my p7100 pump off my 1994 automatic to BD diesel for a rebuild. It will be rated at 300 hp. Question I have is: I didn't find TDC when I took it off, will this be a problem when I go and mount it back on?

nope ... you can pin the engine and that will be TDC .. then time pump from there with the proper tools .. :c:

Will it be hard to set a pump to 15.5 once I get back? I have the Snap-On timing kit.

not at all ... you could have BD pin time the pump to 15.5 while they have it
