Okay guys this is my problem truck runs great doesn't miss a beat driving around town doesn't leak drop of oil but if I get on the highway and drive for a little while massive oil leak covers everything and gets on the tail gate and bumper the right side of the motor is covered and the passenger side is spotless. I have it narrowed down that it might be coming from somewhere around the injection pump. I ran the truck around town for a little while and let it idle in my driveway for a good hour all it had was normal 12v drip nothing more has anyone else had this problem?

 

Okay I think I found it a bolt was missing from the afc and the other I could move with my fingers but it got to late and I couldn't test it would loose afc cause this problem?

 

I wouldnt think so check tappet cover gasket on driverside behind inj pump

 

x2 on the tappet cover. Also check your oil feed lines to the pump and the vacuum pump.

 

there is also a plug into the main oil galley. mine wise leaking. It's right under the tappet cover.

 

Sounds like carry over. Bet that oil is coming from the blow by tube. Burnt up turbo bud
