Oh boy... you can go find a INSERT to put in, oversize the hole and use a jam nut the put in the insert and loctite the insert and put in the new bolt. what size bolt was that again??? Im not sure if they make them that small but worth a look..

a heli might work ... I would try and take a nut tats slightly over sized and weld it to the stud/bolt thats broken ... wait to cool, and it should back out ... It works for me nearly everytime ..

It seems that someone already did an insert of sorts or something.. but regardless it sounds like I'll have to take the pump out

The spot looks like an insert was in it, so does one of the other ones with the bolt still in it..

How easy is it to remove the Ppump anyone know?

a rea PITA >.... gotta pull the gear, IP lines, oil feed, fuel supply , throttle cables, Etc ...

Then after ya get what ever fixed .... ya have to goback and re-time your IP .... that can be interesting .. mine slipped the first time I tried to re time IP ..

Takes skills, I am going to be Keying my IP and getting an adjustable timing gear ..

Would it be with it to have someone do it that knows what they are doing then? Then have timing adjusted at the same time
