My passenger side hub went out on me and I replaced that but it was still makin a loud metal to metal flop noise and vibrated at 45 or faster. Started lookin and replaced all away bar bushins still didn't fix it. So I took the cover off the 4x4 actuator housin and the 2 axles u see in there I can make smack the axle tube walls with my fingers. Wat exactly is broke? I'm pretty confused about the whole deal

 

U joint is shot ... gonna need to pull the wheel, hub, pull axle and press in a new U-joint , then re-assemble .... make sure you apply some Anti-seize to the inner bore of the hub bearing - helps aid in the removal if needed .. may want to do both sides ..
