McBee ... They have good Quality stuff .. I use McBee in all the Detroit 8V92's and such ... even the Series 60's ... No blow outs and no leaks .. they have done away with the Rubber O-ring in the S60 stuff and gone to an embossed copper type of ring ... Works awesome , Now to fix the 11.7 kicking out the rods @ around the 400K marker .. that gets real spendy fast ..

OK, I'll try looking them up next time... I have my old engine my buddy wants to use, and he wants to put a new HG in it before it goes in his truck.

You think it's a bearing problem or a rod bolt problem that the 11.7 throws the rods out? That sure is an expensive fix (if you have a fix)

i bought a .062 thousandths thicker, layered cometic head gasket, in which its rated to handle 60psi of boost, and i studded the head using 12mm (arp 2000 studs) but im only going to run 43psi or 40. so i should be safe

That would be the Cometic MLx Gaskets, they make one of the best race gaskets around. And they do make one for the 12 valve, just ordered one yesterday.
