Well the tranny is shot like I knew it was. The guys at the shop tryed to play it off like the oil was burnt. So I took a napkin and wiped the oil on the napkin and there was black stuff covering the napkin. Long story short they dropped the pan and found lots of debris. So after them pissing and moaning about it they will be reubilding it again....and free of charge. So all is good for now.
