To Answer All Your Questions Guys It Is The Stock Fuel System From The Factory Including The Factory Lift Pump. Only Mods Done To The Truck Are No Fuel Plate At All And Silencer Ring Removed From Turbo. Other Than That It's A Stock Truck With A 5 Inch Stack Lol.

Sounds like low fuel pressure, air leak somewhere in the fuel system or bad lift pump!

Hey Guys Thanks For AllYour Help. This Is My First Diesel And Im Learning I Appreciate All You Guys Have Taught Me So Far. We Replaced The Lift Pump And While I Still Need Injectors Truck Runs Great. Smoke Black As Coal And Hardly Any White Smoke Anymore. Solved A Lot Of Problems By Replacing The Lift Pump. Thanks Again.

hey I live in ohio too and ya that week sucked, I hear we're supposed to get blasted again so keep her plugged in, idk if you got her fixed but have you ever messed with the fuel heater? it should be right next to your priming button. oh don't start your truck up in the cold and not RUN IT FOR AWHILE, low charge batteries freeze easy in negative temperatures

The OFV is on the backside of the injector pump, towards the front of the truck. It's pretty easy to see if it's coming from there, so I doubt that's it. There is a short little soft return line that runs along the block behind the injector pump and filter, it can be hard to tell if it's leaking from there but you might see it spitting out if you shine a light in at it from the front of the truck while it's running. With your mileage, I'd look there. You'll probably have to take off the fuel filter assembly to actually get at it, but that's not as big of a deal as what you've already done. Popping the line itself off is easy, and once it's out you can see if it's degraded. It'll probably look like new until you get it out in your hands. It's about a foot long, no big deal.

Ok Ok Im Not Familiar With That Line. Since I've Had The New Lift Pump On And Off About 5 Times Trying To Find The Leak I've Come To.Know A Lot Of Them.Quite Well. Lol. But It's Dripping Off The Bottom Of The Diamond Of The Lift Pump And It's Not Coming. From Anywhere I Can See AbovE It That's Why I Thought It Was TheHard Line On Top. Would U Think A Leak From That Rubber Line Would Drip Down Off The Bottom Of The Lift Pump If So I Bet That Jd My Problem.

90% sure leak is at your fuel heater.
Pressurize entire system via low air pressure through gas tank. Will force fuel/ air out.
May I post a link to a write up I did on another site?
