Why not put gauges on it to see how it is? I had a single disc converter in a 02 and pulled15,700 behind it fine. It is all in how the trans is set up. A hard hitting tripple can break parts and get expensive fast.

Ya,My gauges are boost,egt,and tranny temp,I think i'll just a single disc,but any recommended valve bodies?

I meant gauges on the trans pressure ports to see what pressure it has.
Line pressure is the middle port on the passenger side that is angled. Stock is 56 lbs. It needs at least 75, more for more holding power.
