hello im new to this just looking for a direction to start in. I picked up a 98 12 valve that sat for at least 2 years. needed transmission put one in and also did heater core and now I have no gauges. I have codes 920 921 999 and all fuses are good. grounds and batt cables are good. the alt is only putting out 9.5volts.
