Where van I find if a NP241DHD will physically fit when I convert to 4x4 in my ford E350 van?

What I need is a measurement from center line of the nv4500, to the outermost edge of the NP241DHD to determine if it would hit the E350 frame.

Can anyone measure theirs? Or direct me to a drawing with measurements of the NP241DHD?
