Default Walbro 392 system

I have been wanting to build a fuel system to bypass the factory system on my 95 dodge. I have chosen the walbro 392, beans sump, 1/2 lines, and a frame mounted filter system. I have a few questions. A regulator? Is it needed? Which one? Also, the fuel return. What needs to be done with it? Can it be plumped into my factory line back to tank or am I just over thinking this whole thing. Pictures would be great and any ideas!

I would put the gegulator in the return side to keep your fuel pressure on the up , and you can change it on the fly .... IMHO ....
