Default head problems

Hi, I'm new at this, but hold over 30 years in the automotive and welding trade,. I'm calling out for some golden tips or advice on replacing a cylinder head on my friends 1995 5.9 12v, problem was the ears on the exhaust ports are all broken, any takers? thanks alot.

Check out new bare heads on E bay ... about 350 will get ya one ...... then but new 60# springs and new valves ......lap them in and u will be ready to go ........ unless he's wanting to make more power ...... then get studs and a 3 pc manifold ...... the oem sucks ......
