than disconnect it and see what happens. eliminate the potential problem.

 

i have the fuel plate and all off. i can pull the fuel shut off up and pull the throttle but it doesn't budge. i can use a screw driver and slide it a little back and forth but its not getting any easier. but thats the only way i can move the rail.

 

and it was working fine just before you installed the DV's?

 

actually no it was running great before the dv installation. i got water in the fuel that lead to all this . and now , well i don't know.

 

This would have been something you should have said in the first post, does the pump spin when you turn the motor over? normally if you can get the plugers to move up and down they will free up and turn. but if there stuck that bad due to rust you may want to pull the pump and send it out.

 

changing pump. tired of messing with it. just tried to get by without doing that.
