I have a 1999 Dodge 2500 5.9 24v. I shut if off at the store and upon returning I had a no start situation like there was no fuel, once it did start I had no throttle response except for sputtering. I have since replaced the filter, the lift pump and the overflow valve with no success. I have found that if I pinch off the return line it seems to run normal with great throttle response.
Has anyone experienced this? Is the a fix?
