2.6 Turbo

2.6 Turbo
I am looking into finding a turbo that is 2.6 so I am allowed to run in my local street class. The truck wont pull a trailer but may have some weight in the bed. I want to be able to drive the truck to work, and haul mild loads in it, but I want to be competitive too, in a hobby like manner.
I have heard guys talk about S465's which seems like it would be more up my alley. On top of that I have also thought about, to help spool said turbo a BD Diesel Direvetor Valve.
Anyways, I just need to pass a plug test for the pull I will be pulling at, so any info would be appreciated.
I hope to have the pump done up with a 4K GSK. So I will have RPM's and I plan on having the fuel to turn the turbo.
Anyways all info would be appreciated.

2.6 chargers have a very wide range. smallest being a S366 which can be had very cheap all the way up to the billet HX60s and precisions that can cost north of $5,000. the box S465 dosnt have the ETT wheel so it wouldnt be my choice. how about telling us your horsepower goal and your budget that would help alot.
