I have a 96 dodge 2500 with the 12v in it. 250hp injectors,16*of pump advancemet, 4k springs, laser cut delivery valves, cam, built auto tranny, 2 6"mitre cut stacks. The spedometer doesnt work and my A/C clutch isnt engaging. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

Does the tach work? Is it charging? Check all fuses. Check all wire connections, especially the grounds. Find a good wiring schematic and start chasing wires. I had a similar problem. Ended up being my PCM. Fairly common I have been told. Good Luck!

 

yes tach works. alt is charging. i found a leak in on of my a/c lines but that doesnt solve the no spedometer problem. there is on plug that isnt plugged in and i cant find the wire it goes to. bought this truck like this so i didnt do anything to it. built, clean, nice and cheap couldnt resist.
