Hey guys. I REALLY need some help here. After fighting with this truck for 2 days to do the shift kit, band adjustment and gov solenoid (borg warner upgrade) and pressure sensor replaced im having a shift issue. At light throttle (normal take off) it hunts 2nd hear and it seems to "slip" then it will get 2nd gear, at medium throttle it is really weird (cant explain it video tells it) and WOT is fine. How strange is that? Anyways, i installed a transgo TFOD diesel kit. After checking everything 3 times im sure it was installed right and i did as the instructions said. The gov pressure solenoid was replaced with a brand new borg warner one and the pressure sensor was replaced with new OEM and i made sure they were plugged up.

what ive done so far:
- I adjusted the pressure springs 2 full turns from flush (instructions said so)
- unplugged the batteries to reset the PCM
- adjusted both bands to factory spec (checked 2 times)
- Replaced the band anchor

What ive noticed:
-Shifter inside the truck is a little off from what it normally was but it isnt a whole gear off just a little off
-My throttle got a little hard after 25-30% the first time i drove it (not sure if this means anything)

What i plan to do tomorrow
- Check TPS
- Check TV cable

Any help is appreciated. This is my work truck so i need it back on the road ASAP!
