Default PPE vs Qaudzilla

OK guys, i have a qaudzilla running it at the 70 horse tune. People are telling me that i should get the PPE. All I'm doing is hauling with the truck. I raced a Turd I mean Ford and Won. That was my first race. Can ya'll tell me the major difference between the PPe and Quad. Remember i 99% use is towing. I don't need a 250 horse tune. By the way i will be putting a driver in the truck by the end of the year, so i don't want my truck destroyed by the driver that doesn't care?

if ur happy with it keep it, ppe is like steroids for the dmax, but ur looking for some moderate power and better towing ability and you already have it

Quadzilla makes a nice tuner.. Id just stick with what youve got like Danny said. Unless you are just wanting alot more power..

I would agree with what was posted above. I would not spend more money to get the PPE.

However, I was having this same dilemma. I was down to PPE or the Quad for my LBZ. I talked to a guy on another forum who is a dealer for both. He ran the Quad on his truck (according to his signature) so I sent him a message to ask him why. He told me it was the cheapest for him at the time. He had run it for a few years and decided to switch to PPE. He said the PPE is much smoother and more driver friendly. He said he has a feeling his tranny would last longer if he ran the PPE all along. He could not give me much info on the mileage because he drove them both pretty hard and had not really paid much attention. Based on that and some other info I am looking to go the PPE route, but I am not sure I would spend the $$ if you already have the Quad.

i wouldn't mind spending teh money on a PPE. The one i was loking at was around 400$ i don't need the race tune, just looking for a better programmer that would be the best for the haul truck? Thanks for the info. If i decide to get the PPe would you be interested in buying my qaud? let me know.
