Yup, not sure that makes it better though . Just easier to work on when your programmer blows it to hell

The 6 speed Allison can run a 120 tune(as long as it's a good one) for a pretty long time if you don't beat the the hell out of it and watch yourself in 5th and 6th gear and can run a 90 tune without any restriction at all. Past that you may as well avoid disaster and get it built first.

Yep. LOL, never figured it that way...........but ya got a point there.

My dad's '13 Cummins isn't more simple than my '13 dmax.

Amen to that. working on all these new computers under the hood sucks *** but they're so capable of making power with simple mods

Well I had a H&S XRT PRO tuner set on 80HP on my 2008 F-250 6.4 5r110 tranny at 62,000 miles till my truck was stolen with 109,000 miles & my tranny was still running strong. So it's safe to say that it should handle at least 80HP
