I was wondering if there is anyway that i could make a grand rock single 6" stack on the left side instead of the right side. If so how should i go about doing it?

That would be easy. Where the piping goes through the bed attach a 90 pointed left, then run a length of tubing into another 90 pointed up and attach your stack.

Yeah. I don't imagine that it will be that incredibly hard to do it. Thanks for the input

Have you called Grand Rock to see if they will sell you a 90 and the pipe you need. I am sure that they can "build" a kit for you as they are the manufacturer. You may even be able to get a 90 with a long straight (custom length) as shown in their dual setup, or they may even be able to make you a right to left pipe with both 90's already on it (that way you only need 1 piece and it is "joint" free).
