You have to get to the fca first and pull it out (note that the write up is on a lb7 motor, but lly is very similar)

and then pull it apart and modify it. it helps out with holding a bit more rail pressure. some people swap in a lbz fca cause they flow more but it can cause high rp at idle. but that can be tuned out with efi.
you got to be real clean and careful not to scratch anything in the fca. the plunger inside of it needs to move freely in the fca.
