Default 12mm head studs?

so i have herd rumours that there is a company in colorado (not ats) that is making 12 mm head studs that are supposedly proven stronger than the 14mm anyone else heard this rumor? Just wondering not spreading rumours trying to stop them...

ARP is making Custom AGE 260,000 psi minimum Tensile Strength Studs. 260,000 compared to 220,000

ARP has great products and makes headstuds for diesels to hot rods. there in all the magazines so i would go with them

I think for 99% of the people out there the standard ARP's will work fine.

Mind you, a stock duramax with stock gaskets/bolts will hold 45psi pretty easilly. If you are at the level of worrying about blowing head gaskets on a duramax, you are also at the level to start worrying about cracking pistons and bending rods.
